What file formats do I receive?
All videos are delivered as high-quality MP4 files. They’re compatible with the most popular church presentation software including ProPresenter, EasyWorship, MediaShout, Proclaim, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
How do I download my purchase?
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also find all your downloads in your account under Orders. Files are available immediately after payment is confirmed.
Why does the preview have a watermark?
Preview videos shown on the product page include a watermark so you can evaluate the content before purchasing. The file you download after purchase is completely watermark-free and full quality.
What resolution are the videos?
Most videos are available in Full HD (1920x1080). Some titles may also include 4K versions. Check the individual product page for details.
Can I use these videos at multiple church locations?
Each purchase includes a Standard License for a single church location. If your church has multiple campuses, please contact us to discuss multi-site licensing.
Can I use the videos on social media or livestreams?
Yes — videos may be used in livestreams and archived online when they appear as part of a full church service or sermon. Standalone posts using only the video are not permitted under the Standard License.
What is your refund policy?
Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded. If you have not yet downloaded your file and are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right.
Do you offer discounts for small churches?
Yes! If your church has under 100 weekly attendees and budget is a concern, reach out at support@jamesgrocho.com and we’ll work something out.
