License Information

Every video purchased from James Grocho includes a Standard License. Please read below to understand what’s permitted and what’s not. If you have questions, email james@jamesgrocho.com.

Standard License

Included with every purchase. This license grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive right to use the media in the following ways:

Permitted Uses

Live church services, including Sunday services, special events, and conferences
Livestreams and online broadcasts when the video appears as part of a complete church service
Archiving full services on YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo, or similar platforms
Local access cable television broadcasts
Single church location use (one physical campus)

Not Permitted

Use at more than one church campus or location without a multi-site license
Uploading videos as standalone posts to social media or video platforms
Redistribution, resale, or sharing the file with others outside your church team
Editing, remixing, or creating derivative works from the video
Network or broadcast television use
Use in commercial productions or for-profit projects outside of ministry
NFT creation

Multi-Site License

If your church has multiple campuses and you’d like to use a video across locations, please contact us for multi-site licensing options. Pricing is based on the number of campuses and titles needed.
